अहमदाबाद विमान हादसे पर पायलटों ने विदेशी मीडिया पर झूठी खबरें फैलाने को लेकर नोटिस भेजा है। एयर इंडिया के 171 विमान हादसे को लेकर भारतीय पायलटों की संस्था फेडरेशन ऑफ इंडियन पायलट्स ने द वॉल स्ट्रीट जर्नल औऱ रॉयटर्स के खिलाफ कानूनी नोटिस भेजा है। अमेरिका की नेशनल ट्रांसपोर्टेशन सेफ्टी बोर्ड (एनटीएसबी) ने भी इस मामले पर बयान जारी किया है. संस्था का कहना है कि एयर इंडिया हादसे पर हाल की मीडिया खबरें जल्दबाजी और अटकलबाजी पर आधारित हैं. एयरलाइन पायलट्स एसोसिएशन ऑफ इंडिया (ALPA-I) जैसे कई पायलट संगठनों ने भी इस मामले में सतर्कता बरतने की सलाह दी है।

Federation of Indian Pilots, an organization of Indian pilots, has sent a legal notice to The Wall Street Journal and Reuters regarding the Air India 171 plane crash. The US National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has also issued a statement on this matter. The organization says that recent media reports on the Air India accident are based on haste and speculation. Many pilot organizations like the Airline Pilots Association of India (ALPA-I) have also advised to be cautious in this matter.
