To me Al Sundan is both a large and small map compared to previous Battlefield 5 maps and will likely be enjoyed more by vehicle focused players.

Something to note, because of feedback sessions and timing there were quite a few times where we didn't have a full active server on this or the previous map. So while I did include longer clips it's mostly just showing travel time and areas of the map to compare against the War Story version of the map ( yes this map comes from the single player part of Battlefield 5 ).

What I meant by both large and small is for example Twisted Steel has a lot of distance between the two outer flags/objectives but there isn't a lot of different terrain or geography across the entire map. It's just a valley with a tight rope in the middle so you have line of sight on almost every flag regardless of where you are and running on foot from flag to flag doesn't take a long time. Al Sundan has some decent distance between some of the flags and hills for days or terrain to block line of sight when going from flag to flag. So while it might be a large map it is pretty quick between the major flags and there are routes to take that have cover.

I was a little concerned about the feedback from some of the other people at the EA Play because they mentioned things like it being too big or it taking to long to travel on foot. Concerned mainly because this is nothing compared to some of the previous maps found in BC1, BC2, BF3 and BF4. Have players become so lazy or have such short attention spans that any kind of travel time is immediately an inconvenience? Am I wrong on this or do you feel similarly?

Side note I swear I turned off motion blur during some of the rounds but I'm still seeing it on every recording, I guess it's just a weird build of the game.
