You don't even have to get out of your car to see some pretty amazing things! The film, "Hidden Treasures of Granite," goes off the beaten path to show 18th-19th century works of our early settlers in this corner of the Town of Ossipee. Among the places visited are the John Dearborn Mill, the Dearborn House, Pocket Mountain area, Simon Hill Cemetery, mill site at Grape Corner, Ephraim Leighton House, also Leighton's first homestead and an old stone viaduct on Granite Road. John Hartog, narrator, and filmmaker, Joseph Bradley, are both long-time residents of the Granite Section, Ossipee, NH.
