In this video, I share my personal experience of using the EPI-NO childbirth preparation device. What is it, how to use it, what I noticed, what results I experienced.

Please note, in the video I mentioned the model accidentally incorrect: The model I show in this video is EPI-NO Delphine Plus. It has the pressure monitor, which makes it also more practical for training your pelvic floor muscles after giving birth.

The other model they have (at the time of filming this video) is EPI-NO Delphine. That model does not have the pressure monitor and hence is not so practical to be used for after-birth pelvic floor muscle training.
