Subsea Noise mitigation for offshore piling operations

Описание к видео Subsea Noise mitigation for offshore piling operations

During offshore wind farm installation, Gigantic mono piles is driven into the seabed. This causes strong shock waves in the water that can be dangerous for sea mammals and other animals in the sea. The size of windmills has grown dramatically recently and is expected to grow further in size the next years.
This animation is a simplified description of the Mship.no
Mega Big Bubble noise mitigation system.
The system is based on injecting air elements into the water column which absorbs noise generated from subsea pile driving and seismic surveys,
thereby protecting the environment, sea mammals and fishery.

The animation is artistic and does not show actual technical details.
