Valle di Mezzo is a goat farm in Tuscany, Italy that produces handmade goat's cheese, including PastaMolle, Brie, Caciotta, Ricotta and Gorgonzola. Cheeses are sold at the farm, local markets and through local distributors and retailers.

Located on the farm is a self-contained 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom guesthouse, sleeping up to four adults. The guesthouse opens onto olive groves and vineyards, and has views towards green hills and mountains. Hiking starts at the front door, or open pastures invite you to do nothing but relax! On the other hand, guests are welcome to help out on the farm as there is ALWAYS something to do - milking, cheesing, herding, feeding, weeding.
