In this video, I used the following Blender keyboard shortcuts:

Render -- F12

Maximize area -- Ctrl-spacebar

Toggle wireframe display -- Shift-z

Duplicate object -- Shift-d

After duplicating an object, press x, y or z to constrain movement to that axis.

View select -- press the key below Esc (which is the tilde on a US keyboard).

Insert keyframe in the timeline -- press i

To scroll a menu bar, press the mouse wheel (middle mouse button) and drag.
