To ascertain approximately whether your Fees that you are paying are correct, here is the scientific formula:
You need to identify your Lot Number, ascertain your Lot Entitlement and Liability, divide the unit of liability by the total Liability. = A percentage of ownership/ liability.
Now apply that % to the total Budget and you'll get a a very close estimation of what you need to pay.
