Mixing up the marathon training today, instead of doing a boring long run on the road I decided to do a trail run up the mountain.
This is Zhushan mountain in Qingdao, China.
The peak is 720m high, but with all the ups and downs the total elevation gain ended up being 1200m.
I'm also testing my new GoPro hero 11.
