This question is a brilliant opportunity for you to highlight your talents and achievements that demonstrate how you’re the best fit for a role or to establish and reinforce your credibility. ⁣

It helps to remember a simple formula.⁣

Share:⁣

1️⃣ What you mean by the strength,⁣
⁣
2️⃣ How you ’live’ it, and⁣
⁣
3️⃣ Why it matters (to the company / team).⁣
⁣
👉 And then of course you share a specific and relevant real-life example demonstrating the strength in action.⁣
A great tip is to then end with the impact of your demonstrated strength in the example you shared, e.g. “I managed to deliver a high quality project well ahead of schedule.”⁣
