3. 2:10 - Deposit the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)
4. 3:02 - Schedule the Home Inspection
5. 4:11 - Get your lender on speed dial
6. 5:08 - Stay in touch
7. 6:00 - Get the estimated cost of closing from the title company
8. 7:17 - Think logically, not emotionally
9. 9:09 - Confirm everything with the lender, title company, and real estate agent
10. 10:29 Schedule your final walk-through for a week before closing.
