This is an editing exercise geared towards kids in between grades 1-4. It teaches students some simple spelling tips and then provides an example applying the tips, as well as some rules of capitalization, specifically proper nouns and the use of a capital at the beginning of a sentence. Both teaching components are followed by a explicit examples. The third part of the video consists of three challenge sentences. Each challenge sentence consists of 5 mistakes and students are given 1 minute to identify the five errors. The errors focus solely on the rules & tips addressed in the teaching segment.

ALthough there is a worksheet for students to follow along with, the lesson can easily be done with only a pencil and sheet of paper .
