Exercise your vocals, body, and brain in this one-of-a-kind Parkinson's exercise class. Lead instructor, Lauren Lewis, will guide you in this Move & Shout® Parkinson's exercise with a special focus on balance, posture and weight shifting. Many of these complex moves can directly help you improve your gait and help you increase your stride. Garden Strong will accompany Lauren for a seated version while Lauren instructs the standing version.
