So delighted to have interviewed the one and only Angus Donald, author of the Outlaw Chronicles and the Fire Born series, among others. Angus Donald is a name I have come upon so many times while looking for good historical fiction that he quickly became a go-to writer as far as I am concerned.

I thought of having a chat about historical fiction or his books, but the topics we discussed in this one-hour conversation went much broader than that. From our favorite reads, to his time as a war correspondent, without forgetting his research on Indonesian magic, and the origins of the modern carotte, we talked about a LOT in this interview.
