P.o.B Custom Handwired Pedals - Zentastik Version 2 Overdrive

This pedal is handmade in Chicago, IL USA by Sargon from Pedals of Babylon (P.o.B). The Zentastik as the name implies is based in the tried and tested Dumble tones of the Zendrive pedal by Lovepedal. The P.o.B Zentastik does everything the Zendrive does and more. Not only is the internal design totally handwired none of the components such as the switchcraft lacks or switches are mounted on the circuit board. This ensures no extra strain is placed on the board from use and will last a lot longer.

This is essentially a 2 in 1 pedal featuring both a Zendrive style Overdrive on one side and a boost on the other. Both channels can be used independently to each other as well which will surely appeal to many players.

More detailed information:

P.o.B have standards that they follow when designing and building these effects and those are: no printed circuit boards everything is handwired and handbuilt, totally customizable pedal from enclosure size/color, LED color to style and color of the knobs and even the location of all the jacks. The use TOP quality components that we test and match one at a time before soldering them using silver solder and Teflon wiring . Quality True bypass switches , alpha pots, Switchcraft jacks and all IC chips and transistors are socketed never soldered directly to other components.
The pedal I have in mind is our take on the Dumble tone with a second stage that incorporates the Echoplex preamp.
