In this video Doug shows you how to use Gravity Sketch VR to quickly create costume concepts and costume designs. You can follow this Gravity Sketch Tutorial to learn how to make costume pieces for your theater production inside virtual reality.

Designing costumes is an elaborate process, but using this virtual reality software you can easily draw creative costume concepts and design and pose your own characters. This allows you to easily visualize the look and feel of your show.

This software could be used to storyboard your movie ideas, visualize your sets and props, help block a theatrical production or just get your ideas out of your head and into a virtual space.

Doug Fahl is your Augmented Actor and he has turned into a First Time Director, directing a production of A Christmas Carol at Second Story Rep in Redmond, Washington. In this video he designs a simple costume for the Ghost of Christmas Past Character and shows you how to import it into a full set scene.

Gravity Sketch VR is an awesome tool for anyone with a Vive or an Oculus Rift Headset and it will surely be useful in your design workflow.
