How to open a European s sanke keg:

1. Depressurize your keg
2. Using a hammer hit the S on the keg's stem, anti-clockwise, to unscrew it up to a certain point(there is a safety inside that wont let you unscrew the stem totally)
3. Push down the ring in the center of the stem with a screwdriver until you are able to put another screwdriver in the keg to keep the ring in the center down.
4. Looking inside the keg, on the same horizontal line with the S on the Stem, there is a small safety(you may need a flashlight to see it). The purpose is to push out this safety with another small screwdriver, so you will be able to unscrew the keg all they way and open it.
5. After opening it make sure to loosen the safety so you wont have to do this again.
