Ingredients:
1 cup of sugar mixed with 4 eggs
1 cup of vanilla flavored yogurt
1/2 cup of melted butter
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of lemon extract
Juice of 1 lemon
Zest of 1/2 lemon

Dry Mixture:
1 & 1/2 cup of flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 package of instant lemon pudding (3.5oz/99g) (alternate: vanilla pudding)

Glaze:
1 cup of powdered sugar
3 tablespoons of lemon juice

Baking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F and place tray on bottom rack and bake for 60 minutes.
