Some interesting segments from the Canadian TV show “Circus” from CTV. Starring Pierre Lalonde and Roger Prystanski as Rumpy the Clown. It’s hard to date exactly but other content on this cassette is from the late 1980s. They reference this as the first episode of the 7th season, but I have not found any info on when exactly that would have aired. Some fragments of this show seem to exist online but not a lot.

***Update: Thanks to ‪@eSPy86‬ and ‪@Valiantcartoontraveller‬ for pointing out that YTV aired reruns of this show from 1988-1993, some of the earliest possible YTV content. Since the cassette I pulled this from has other 1988 and 1989 kids' content, I think this is a possible source for this footage, although not conclusive since there are no commercials or bumpers.
