Results: TF proced 44 times in 10min (600 seconds). TF speed 1.9s, TF white swing hit 315 times in 600 seconds. 44 (procs)/315 (white swings hits)=0.1396=13.96%≈14% Proc rate. This is the base proc rate of TF. Using abilities will give it more opportunities to proc but the base proc rate will always be the same.
