Quickly get started with scheduling your staff by signing up for your free Brisk Schedules account with your email address - https://www.briskcloudware.com/employ...

Enter your business details and add your staff members. Click on the calendar or click the +Create Shift button to add your first shift. Once you are finished adding shifts, publish them to share with your staff.

Go to the Schedule View tab to add shifts and view existing shifts.

Go to the Settings tab to enter your account and business details. On the Schedule Settings tab, you can enable Time Clock to track staff attendance. Set your shifts to automatically publish or to save as a draft until you are ready to publish them. Select your preferences for date and time formats, then click the Save Schedule Settings button to save your changes. Visit the Business Schedule tab to configure your business hours and upcoming public holidays.

Go to the Staff Members tab to add staff and their contact information. Click the +Add Staff button. Add one staff member at a time or click the Add Multiple Staff link to add multiple staff members at once. Enter an email address and enable sending invitation emails to allow team members to log in and view their schedules.

Go to Roles to create and assign roles. This is particularly helpful for auto scheduling, so that shifts are only assigned to qualified staff members. Select a Role color to easily see shifts assigned to a role on the schedule.

Once you have added all of your staff members and roles, return to the Schedule View. Add more shifts, assign staff members to a shift, and set up any recurring shifts from the Create Shift dialog. Add Open Shifts, then use Auto Schedule to assign them to available staff members. Email, Download or Print your schedule.

The Time Clock feature allows for easy tracking of attendance with a simple clock-in and clock-out timer. To enable it, go to the Time Clock page, click Enable Time Clock, toggle the switch, and then click Save Settings. You can also enable it via the Settings page under Schedule Settings. Share the Public Clock In/Clock Out URL with your staff for real-time clocking.

For reports on staff wages, go to Business Settings and click the checkbox next to Enable Wage Cost. Reports provide an analysis of the expenses of staff work, including both actual hours and future estimates. Click Save Business Info at the bottom of the settings page, then go to the Staff Members tab. Each staff member needs to have their wage information entered to perform the wage cost analysis. To set wage rates, click Edit Staff Member, go to the Wage tab on the top right. Enter all applicable rates for your employee, then click Save Profile to save your changes. Any Staff Member missing their wage rates will have a red flag next to their name. Once you have updated all of your Staff Member wage rates, go to the Wage Cost tab. Click between the different wage tabs to view each report.
