David Marsh & Endless Pools, Freestyle Technique (clip)

David Marsh, 12-time National Champion as head coach of the Auburn University swim program, uses an Endless Pool Elite for training at SwimMAC Carolina, where he is the CEO and Director of Swimming. Having coached 24 Olympians over his career, Marsh has been a proponent of the Endless Pool for providing instant feedback and focused technique analysis for over 10 years.

In this video, the coach works on Freestyle technique drills, showing how quickly and efficiently he is able to provide real-time evaluation to his swimmers. Marsh challenges his swimmer to adjust her recovery from side-to-side to over the top. Slowing down the swim current, he is able to have her focus intently on improving, from recovery to catch to pull.
