Aya Caspi talks about her journey to NVC, from growing up in Israel and experiencing fear, self doubts and confusions around reconciling moral, cultural teachings with a stark reality. A journey of seeking for meaning in Philosophy, Religion, Sociology, Anthropology... until she came upon Empathy, as embodying understanding and love. In 2007 she was introduced to Nonviolent Communication, or NVC, which offers an answer to "How do you DO love? How to BE love?" Empathy is the practice of love, a way of freely giving our presence to another, to ourselves... the Spirituality of NVC explores bring love into practice, as a way of being.
