Hi Everyone! I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Joe Jan Quiwa, I'm your local real estate expert here in Orlando. I'm based out of Lake Nona.

My goal is simple. Work hard, be honest and provide value to everything I do. I'm a matchmaker between my buyers and their future homes. I take my time to listen and you and get to know your need and personality, then match it with the personality of a home and community.

I'm a graphic designer and a techie by trade, so my approach to real estate is a little different than some. I use social media like Facebook, Youtube and Instagram. I go to new builder communities and create video walk throughs of model homes and communities and showcase their features. This does few things, it helps me know the homes and it's features, I get to meet the home the builder's sales team and it helps my customers get a feel of the home even before they set foot into the house.
