I was travelling to the East side of Hungary and stepped by at my friend’s place. Originally, I met Döme during the first Neapolitan pizza course that I took quite some time ago. He runs a nice cafeteria in a village. He took a big step with his new Pasquale Fazzone oven. It was the right time for me to visit him and check on his Neapolitan Pizza journey. As usual we will look behind the scenes a little bit.
