Why Being an INFP sucks

I made this video because I think there is a superpower in being able to talk freely and unashamedly about the things we perhaps struggle with or consider weaknesses!

Each personality type has things they will struggle with more than others, these are just a few of the things that I can find frustrating about my own self. But in embracing what I suck at, I was able to love wholeheartedly all of my self, and be truly confident in who I am!

Also please note that: I am an INFP with a 4w5 Enneagram, and my own lived-experiences will shape my perceptions and experiences too, so it's definitely okay if you can't resonate! (In fact: I'm jealous if you can't!)

I know that feelings of not being truly understood or like we really fit in are common amongst INFP's, and we also have a lot of tendencies towards self-doubt and self-depreciation. I thought it may help others to talk about the things we're naturally not as great at, to remind you that you're not alone, and there's no need for the negative self-talk, for just being you!

I could have spoken about so much more too, like the Fi-Si loop and how we can get stuck focussed on the past rather than the future, the fact we need SO much time alone to process the world and our feelings towards it, the fact that we weren't born with even an ounce of Extroverted Sensing (Se where the hell are you?!)...but I'll save these for another video!
