IMPORTANT: Please note that for .mzML file conversion with msconvert, the peak picking algorithm needs to be the first filter in the list.

Short tutorial on how to covert Orbitrap LC-MS/MS data to .mzML with MSconvert and upload it with WinSCP to the MassIVE repository.

- Mass Spec raw data
- Proteowizard (MSconvert), http://proteowizard.sourceforge.net/
- MassIVE user account, https://massive.ucsd.edu/
- WinSCP, https://winscp.net/eng/index.php
