This episode with Khalil and Kyara of Charm City Buyers @charmcitybuyers was epic! 

Their first property was a multi unit they purchased shortly after college that needed 120k of rehab. Using the lessons from that purchase, they have grown their portfolio to 20 rental units in Baltimore with more on the way. In addition to their own investments, they started the NEXTgen Accelerator program to teach others to successfully invest in Baltimore. To date, NEXTgen participants collectively collect 1 million annually in rental income. 

In this episode we discuss community development, being a visionary, the future of Baltimore, their goal for their NEXTgen Accelerator to reach 220 doors this year and much more.
