Handpan inspired by Andre 3000

This is a composition I have been developing over the summer inspired by listening repeatedly to Andre 3000’s ‘New Blue Sun’. The fully improvised nature of this music is escapist and replenishing. Got so much time for Andre 3000! Loved him as a rapper but in reinventing himself (in his late 40s) as a New Age flutist he has created something beguiling and serene in ‘New Blue Sun’. Hopefully, his popularity will focus fresh ears on New Age and improvised music forms. There’s so much great stuff out there to hear… Anyway, this piece of mine has been evolving a bit and I have now recorded it on my E Amara 13 pan. I hope you enjoy x
