This is NFL Blitz Pro, a 2003 release for the PlayStation 2, Xbox, and Nintendo GameCube part of the NFL Blitz series of arcade football games from Midway. This is the first NFL Blitz game to feature 11-on-11 team gameplay along with online capabilities (a first for the series).
