"Hold On" is a song by the German group Loft. It was released in November 1993 by RCA as the second single from their first album, "Wake Up The World," which came out in 1994. The song was written by Courtney Williams, Nosie Katzmann, and Richard Williams, and features vocals by American singer Kim Sanders. It became one of Loft's most successful songs, reaching number two on Canada's RPM Dance/Urban chart and making it into the top 10 in Israel and the top 20 in Denmark and Finland.
