I recently got my Hobie Pro Angler 12 (2018), and I figured for those that are looking to upgrade their kayaks or are just getting into kayak fishing, that this would be a good start if your interested in Hobies. The Hobie Pro Angler 12 is the ultimate fishing kayak, with tons of rigging options and standard features. The Hobie Pro Angler 12 comes with a skeg, rudder with controls on the H-rail system, the option of the MD(Mirage Drive) 180, and a few other options. The Mirage Drive 180 is Hobie's first attempt at a pedal drive that can go in reverse. Hobie is bar none the ultimate pedal kayak and the original creator of the pedal drive.
