Majjige Huli (Karnataka) or Morkozambu (Tamilnadu) or Pulisrery (Kerala) is an authentic gravy made with yogurt / butter milk. Today I ‘ll share Udupi/Mangalore version. It is mild, simple ,creamy & delicate with very few ingredients.
Few of the vegetables that are commonly used in making this curry are : Cucumber, Ash gourd ,Bottle gourd, Chayote squash, Raw Banana, Okra, Tindora, long beans , yam etc. Today I've used Okra.

INGREDIENTS

Okra / Lady's finger
Grated coconut - 1 cup
Tamarind water
Buttermilk / curd - 1 cup
Green chilli - 2
Salt to taste

To temper:
Coconut Oil - 2-3 tsp
Mustard - 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek Seeds - 1/4 tsp
Red Chilly - 1-2
Curry Leaves - few
