📌Ingredients:

750g of cleaned chicken breast
3 medium potatoes, cooked and mashed
2 large eggs
60g of oat or rice flour
1 and 1/2 teaspoons of salt
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Seasonings to taste (garlic, onion, black pepper)

📌Preparation:

1. Cook and mash the potatoes. Set aside.
2. Grind the chicken in a food processor until it forms a paste.
