Forgotten Uniques: Cerberus Limb | Path of Exile

Cerberus Limb is a unique sceptre which drops exclusively from Ahuatotli, the Blind in the Grand Architect's Temple in the Azurite Mine. This sceptre fills a niche which provides a level of both offensive and defensive stats coming from the weapon slot, with customization of which stats are gained via the choice of shield.
