My Personal Experience of flying with Miura RS:

Flying with Miura RS was very interesting experience as I am mostly flying fast, small, dynamic wings.. However I have to say I was impressed by simplicity and easiness of this wing.

When I am trying out new wings I am always looking up for one main thing and thats handling. Having at least 100% control and feeling over the wing on the ground and in the air is crucial for enjoying in this beautiful sport of paragliding.

To get to the point - when I first unpacked Miura RS and lifted it of the ground it was as expected for A glider - super easy! Fast straight inflation. But! It was also very nicely reactive to all brake inputs. What I mean by that… well when I was playing around doing all weird handling things on take off, wing was really following all the action/movements and at the same time forgiving little “mistakes”.

Take off not a problem at all, with good and fast lift. In the air feels really nice and solid, also feels perfect in thermals and all the weak lifts. No sudden unexpected moves.

When the wind picks up you’ll get little slower… but time to mention the magic speed limiter which will transform your A Miura RS paraglider to B paraglider. So before take off you can simply adjust that speed system to transform your glider from A to B. You have to limit that length of speed line to have A glider or simply fully open that range and enjoy in B class! Simple as that. By doing that you’ll gain speed and expand your possibilities.

Really cool fun idea with having two classes in one glider, especially if you’re new to this sport, as you can nicely start and learn paragliding on A setup and then progress on the same wing just by transforming it to B wing!
