Doctor Lists “Potential Motivations” Behind Lucy Letby’s Killings

Lucy Letby will spend the rest of her life in jail for her “cruel, calculated and cynical campaign” of murder and attempted murder of babies at the hospital where she worked.

The most prolific child serial killer in modern British history was told by judge Mr Justice Goss there was a “malevolence bordering on sadism in your actions” for which “you have no remorse”.

TalkTV’s Mike Graham is joined by consultant forensic psychiatrist Dr Soham Das who gives his take on the “potential motivations” behind Lucy Letby’s murders.

Dr Soham says: “It could be down to power and control, jealousy or hatred towards the family unit or some sort of thrill being around the grieving process".
