We're into our second week now of lovely sunshine on the west coast of Scotland which is actually quite challenging for fish Farmers, especially for our freshwater and hatchery sites where we need the rainfall, however we thought we would get our local smokers in to show you how to fillet a fish for the barbecue.
The Steelhead trout that Kames produce is some of the best in the market now and people really do notice the difference.
