A-Industrial Establishments
@ The maindoor of the Industrial Establishments should never be placed in any angle & should be either in the East or North direction. The other doors of the industry can be kept in the North-East(Ishana) or North-West(Vayavya).
@ The security guard cabin for industries having maindoor in the North should be in the North-West(Vayavya) & for those having the maindoor in the East should be in the South-East.The height of the security guard cabin should not be more than feet.
@ The raw material store should be in the South-West(Nairitya). The half processed or prepared material should also be kept in South-West. The manufacturing process should be arranged in such a way that raw material enters from the South-West direction & the finished product is obtained in the Eastern or Northern direction. North-West should be used for car parking. Temple should be constructed in the North-East direction(Ishana) & open spaces should be kept towards the North-East, North or East.
@ The South-West of the industry should be higher than the North-East. Administrative block of the industry should be in the Northern or Eastern direction.The office rooms of the Managing Director & other Managers should be in the South-West,so that their face remains towards North or East & their chair should be higher than the visitors chair placed in front of them across their table & the visitors' face should be towards Southern or Western direction.
The South-East & the North-West should be for the employees. The Accountant of the industry should sit in the South-East,East or North direction. Clerical staff can sit anywhere. The staff working outside the industry should sit in the North-West.
@ The urinals & toilets in an industry should be on the North-West or South-East direction. No office should be kept below overhanging beams as it can give tension to the people working in that office.
The centre of the industry(Brahm sthan) should be kept neat & clean.Proper arrangement of cross ventilation should be there. Plots which are open in the front & constricted in the back are good for industrial & commercial purposes.
B-Shops
@ North-East facing shops always offer gains. The open spaces as well as water sources should also be kept in the North-East.
@ The show-case of the shop should be in the South-West, South or West direction. The store should be in the West or the Nairitya(South-West). The North-East of the shop should be kept open for customers.
@ There should be no obstruction like pole,stairs etc., in front of the maindoor of the business premises or the shop.
