[TF2] Crutch Weapons

Some guy talks about the careful case the community has constructed in regard to the coined term "crutches"

What is a crutch anyway? the definition we'll be using is based on the namesake, an actual crutch.
Crutches help people with broken legs walk better but hinder those with functioning legs. Crutch Weapons help people who lack skill but hinder those who do.
With that out of the way, which weapons are crutches? Which ones are so-called crutches callously by the community with no real case?
