‘Ninnane’ is a song that leaves you with a nostalgic aftertaste, and can even potentially make you miss someone that you’ve never even met before. It is open to interpretation and can be looked at from the lens of love, grief, attachment, and the many overwhelming feelings that come with it.

It’s got a refreshing touch to it, and breaks the monotony with the essence of Indie pop combined with Indian elements such as the mridangam and solos and phrases of the violin (in raag darbari) which makes it all blend so seamlessly when put together, each outdoing the other at different points of the song.
