janmashtami prasad recipe : जानिए पंचामृत बनाने का तरीका और इसका महत्व।
✨The word Panchamrut is derived from Sanskrit; ‘Panch‘ meaning ‘five’, and ‘Amrut‘ meaning ‘nectar of Gods’ (or mythological beverage of immortality) : The five imp ingredients are raw cow milk, curd, honey, ghee and tulsi.

✨It is traditionally used in Pooja as it is considered to be very holy and sacred. After offering it to the God it is distributed as Prasad.

✨Panchamrit is a must for religious ceremonies but can be consumed every-day. In fact, Ayurveda recommends it for nine months during pregnancy.
