This short animation introduces the SESAR concepts of the Airport Operations Plan and the Airport Operations Centre (APOC).

The AOP is a single information source shared by the different airport stakeholders and which is updated in real-time as the operational situation evolves. The main advantage of the AOP is that each stakeholder is sharing the same information. In addition, the AOP is the key information source for stakeholders within the APOC. The philosophy behind the APOC is one of collaborative performance based decision-making and covering the entire airport process chain – both airside and landside. The improved quality of information contained within the AOP also has potential significant benefits for the entire ATM network. We are pleased to share with you some of videos and animations.
