Hunzai Handi (Nestle)

Ingredients for Chicken Marination:
Chicken boneless karahi pieces 1 kg
Nestlé MilkPak Yogurt (450 g) 1/2 cup
Tikka masala 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Tomato Puree:
Tomato cubes 1 cup
Brown onion 1/2 cup
Green chilies (Sliced) 2-3
Water 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Hunzai Handi:
Oil 3 tbsp + 2 tbsp
Marinated chicken
Tomato puree
Coriander powder 1/2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream 1/2 pack
Capsicum cubes 1 cup
Onion cubes 1 cup

Directions for Chicken Marination:
In a bowl add chicken, Nestlé MilkPak Yogurt, tikka masala, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and mix it well. Set aside.
Directions for Tomato Puree Preparation:
In a blender add tomatoes, brown onion, green chilies, water and blend it well. Set aside.
Directions for Hunzai Handi Preparation:
In a deep pan heat 3 tbsp of oil and add chicken. Cook until the chicken changes color.
Add tomato puree, coriander powder, red chili powder, salt and cook for 15-20 mins.
Add Nestlé MilkPak Dairy Cream and cook for 1-2 mins.
In another pot heat 2 tbsp of oil and add capsicum and onion. Cook for 1-2 mins.
Add prepared chicken into the pot and cook until chicken is fully done.
Dish it out and serve. Your Hunzai Handi is ready.

Cooking time: 30-40 mins
