Friends of Old Puppy play The Peanut Vendor. "The Peanut Vendor" (a.k.a. "El Manisero") was written around about the mid 1920's by Moises Simons. The Friends of Old Puppy features Steven Strauss on (Risa) electric soprano ukulele, Billy Wilson on (Risa) electric tenor ukulele, Ed Johnson on wash-tub bass ("gutbucket"), and Cynthia Wilson on the drums. This music was recorded on May 28, 2011.
