Oravský hrad I Orava Castle

Oravský hrad sa nachádza v obci Oravský Podzámok, kde okrem samotného hradu nájdete múzeum kočiarov, sokoliarov a archoskanzen. Samotný hrad má len jeden vstup a výstup, a preto sa začína vždy jeho obranou až potom hlavným nádvorím.Tento hrad nebol nikdy dobitý. V samotnom hrade nájdete okrem expozíci aj Citadelu, z ktorej nádherný výhľad na Oravskú prírodu. Médiatéku, ktorá sa venuje filmom, ktoré boli natocene na hrade. Memozno vynechať kaplnku sv. Michala, kde je rodová krypta Thurzovcov.
