Made in USA [ Reproduction ]

While Levi Strauss and Jacob Davis invented the blue jean in 1873, the 501® lot number was adopted in 1966, and this jean marks the debut of the printed pocket bag with information about the strength and originality of the "XX" overalls ("XX" denoting the extra strong denim) as they were originally called

This garment is made with indigo-dyed loomstate denim from Cone Mills of North Carolina, a proud Levi's® partner for over 100 years

The loomstate fabric is the purest form of raw denim (and was common up until the 1930s), taken straight from the loom with no finishing treatments; due to the fabric's raw nature, this garment will shrink when washed, by roughly 2" in the waist and 3" in length

Back waist cinch for adjustable fit

Suspender buttons at waist
