The shadow guy is a demon that hanged around William and the Afton family for a long time. He is 100% negative energy and doesn’t feel any emotion. His soul existence is to cause pain and suffering upon souls and mortals. He’s going to pop up a little bit here and there, just causing negative interactions and chaos. His story is going to be explained throughout the series, and the reason why he was messing with the Afton’s in the first place. I hope this clears some things up, and I hope you enjoyed the video! :D
