Ingredients:
2 or 4 Pork chops, any cut 1 medium onion, sliced
1 small turnip, peeled and cubed 2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 large carrots, peeled and cubed 2 tbsp butter or margarine
1 pack of Shake & Bake for Pork 1 tsp sea salt
½ tsp pepper ½ cup broth
¼ tsp Nutmeg ½ tsp brown sugar
Bunch of Green Bean’s 2 apples, peeled and wedged
Method:

Preheat oven to 425ºF

Melt butter and add to the roaster.

Peel and chop all vegetables and add to the roaster, then toss in 1 tbsp butter to coat equally, sprinkle salt and pepper, then cover and put in the oven for 20 minutes.

Then trim any fat off pork chops of choice, then sprinkle both sides with Shake & Bake.

When the timer rings on the veggies, then put pork chops in a single layer on top of the vegetables, then uncovered and bake in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until cooked.

Check the roaster half way through to make sure it's not burning, add some broth if needed.

While waiting for pork chop dinner, start frying apples and green beans.

Peel and wedge apples, then place in a large saucepan with 1 tbsp butter, let melt on a medium heat. Start frying on both sides, then add nutmeg and brown sugar and continue frying.

Toss in a bunch of green beans and sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt over them and when cooked serve with pork chop dinner. Also serve with fresh bread
Bonita’s Tips:
You can fry vegetables instead of baking them first and then add to roaster and top with pork chops.
Leave peel on apples if you like that before frying them.
