This old saw has sat for years. I wanted to do it justice and wipe the dust off of it and see if it would run. The old gas smelled like varnish. Added some new gas and poof. fired right up. Wouldn't shut off though. So I did some digging and was confident the shop switch was dirty or broken. In this video I'll show you how to repair/replace your stop switch on your old ancient Stihl chainsaw that you can use on your homestead.
